Pretty Smart’s kitchen design was featured on House Hunters Renovation. My personal role in this project was to work on the as-builts for the project. Also, I selected the accessories for the day of filming.

Assisted Kelly Sutton on completing the Greystone Mansion Showcase. My main role was to work on the floor plan and elevation for the project. I also helped create a postcard that would be displayed in the finished room. I also assisted in the final days to complete the room by running around, and finding last minute accessories and furnishings.

For this assignment, we had to create a shoe brand for women that are between the ages of 13-25. We had to create the concept from the ground up. From the brand name, the retail space, the bags and shoe boxes. I wanted something fun and bright, but also sophisticated. I displayed a quote from Marilyn Monroe on my feature wall “Give a girl the right shoes, and she can conquer the world.” I used my Name to come up with the brand name Vi Vi, I thought it had a playful sound to it, that was easy to remember.

For this school project, we had to redo the office space for a college President, Vice President and Secretary. This also included the reception area, and a space for meetings. The Style was Georgian, so I wanted to keep that feel with traditional fabrics and wainscotting but I also wanted it to be updated and contemporary, so I blended the two by using modern furnishings to get the best of both worlds.

This is a rendering done on Sketchup of a reception office for a high end senior citizen living in Santa Monica. For this school project, I wanted a sense of opulence when you first walk in to the space. I used rich wood colors and textured wall paper to give some interest, and to convey the wanted desire for the reception area.

These are some material and furnishing I selected for various projects. I like to create a digital boards before I go on to the physical boards, that way I get a sense of what the materials will look like together.
